This policy explains what information Builder's Perspective Public Adjusting, LLC ("BPPA", "we") collects through bppa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name and email address, plus any phone number, subject and message you choose to include. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service. If you call or email us, we receive the information you share.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting and security. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs; it checks information about your browser and device.
• Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on every page. It tells Meta when a page is viewed and when the contact form is sent successfully, along with technical information such as the page address and browser details. We do not send Meta what you type in the form. Meta uses cookies, such as the _fbp cookie, and similar technologies to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads, including to people who have visited our site. Meta may combine this with other information it has about you, and it may collect information about your activity on other websites over time.
• Embedded content. Our pages show videos from Facebook and a map from Google. When these load, or when you interact with them, Facebook or Google may set cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

• To respond to your message and, if you hire us, to handle your claim.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To keep the site and our contact form secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers named above (Formspree, Cloudflare, Meta and Google) as they operate their services, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can control ads based on your activity in Meta's ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The contact form's security check needs JavaScript to work.
• Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep information

We keep messages you send us for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Reviewing or correcting your information

To review or correct information you have sent us, or to ask us to delete it, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
